Readymade wall panels

Aerocon panels

An Aerocon panel is a sandwiched panel of two fiber-reinforced cement sheets enclosing a lightweight concrete core composed of Portland cement, binders and a mix of silicaceous and micaceous material aggregate.
A certified Green Product
The Aerocon panel is an innovation in building materials and is a certified Green product by IGBC. These are some of the many ways in which Aerocon panels help to conserve the environment:

  • They use Fly ash, which is recycled waste.
  • No water is needed to cure and construct with Aerocon Panels
  • They are highly energy efficient , since they are poor conductors of heat. Therefore heating and cooling systems in a building made with Aerocon Panels are more effective and use less energy.
  • They are manufactured with non toxic material
  • They can be re-used many times over.

Applications of Aerocon Panels:
These Readymade wall panels can be used for half height partitions in banks, offices, college faculty cubicles, full height partitions such as classroom partitions, hotel partitions, lab partitions. It can be used for exterior partitions also. You can fix aluminium, UPVC, wooden doors and windows in these partitions. There is no need of plastering. In the current scenario of the construction industry 4 ½ inch brick partiion wall is as expensive as Aerocon Panel partitions.

Mezzanine floors
Mezzanine floors can be done above the steel structure. It is way cheaper than the mezzanine floors made of chucker plate or wood. This application is predominantly used in Malls, Industries, Jewellery shops, Hotels etc…
Prefabricated Structure
As it is completely reusable and fast track construction it is widely used for site offices, labour quarters, IT offices, Farm Houses, ATMs etc.

Advantages of Aerocon Panels:

  • Being light weight and prefabricated, they are easy to install.
  • Require less space since the partition walls are only 50mm thick.
  • Require 1/5 time to install as no frame work is required. Their unique tongue and groove system also reduces construction time.
  • Receive all finishes possible including plywood, plastering and wall paper.
  • Re-usable and can easily be relocated.
  • Reduce the dead load over structure as their weight is very less.
  • Their low weight and ductility make them an ideal choice for seismic and cyclone prone zones.
  • Fire-proof with 2 hours rating
  • Water proof
  • Termite proof
  • Inexpensive when compared to wood
AAC Blocks

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), also known as autoclaved cellular concrete (ACC) or autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) was invented in the mid-1920s by the Swedish architect and inventor Johan Axel Eriksson. It is a lightweight, precast building material that simultaneously provides structure, insulation, and fire and mold resistance. AAC products include blocks, wall panels, floor and roof panels, and lintels.
It has been refined into a highly thermally insulating concrete-based material used for both internal and external construction. Besides AAC's insulating capability, one of its advantages in construction is its quick and easy installation, for the material can be routed, sanded, and cut to size on site using standard carbon steel band saws, hand saws, and drills.
We are dealing with Two renown brands   1. Aerocon
2. Siporex
Applications of AAC blocks

  • External Walls: Use a 200 mm-thick block or 150 mm thick block, provided it is braced and reinforced with lateral and vertical support.
  • Internal Walls: Recommended block thicknesses for internal walls are 100 mm or 150 mm.
  • Cavity Walls: Cavity walls can be constructed with two 100mm walls separated with a 50 mm air gap or as required, based on insulation needs.

Properties & Advantages of AAC blocks

  • Energy Saving & Eco friendly, Helps reduce Carbon Foot Print.
  • Quicken up construction by up to 30%
  • Dimensionally accurate and easy workability
  • Reduces the dead load of the building up to 30% : 1/3rd the density of clay bricks
  • Non-Combustible with Superior Fire resistance
  • Exceptional Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
  • No Cavity Construction; Eliminates termites, pests & fungal growth.

 Aerocon Blocks
Based on various needs for internal and external walls, Aerocon Blocks are also available in variants such as infill blocks, Jumbo blocks and Thermal blocks. While they all have common advantages, these are especially suited for good quality, low-cost and energy-efficiency walls.

UPVC (Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) is the emerging trend in the construction industry. Because this product saving the tree.  We are currently dealing with LG, Vesta NCL, we are planning to come up with our own brand SIRAM.

We are doing aluminum and composite paneling and structural glazing also.
